Midlife isn't the problem.
The rules are.
Evidence-informed integrative medicine for women in the meno-years, and for the clinicians who care for them.

Geographic
For most women, the menopausal transition doesn't arrive as a single event. Sleep gets lighter. Anxiety sits closer to the surface. Weight settles somewhere new. What used to work stops working, and no one can say why.
I'm an integrative medicine physician who directs the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Northwestern, teaches medical students and fellows, and researches food as medicine. For more than twenty years, most of my clinical practice has been women in midlife. I have also been through the transition myself.
