— ABOUT THE TRAINING —

A better playbook for midlife care

Join the interest list for an in-depth training on evidence-based, integrative approaches to perimenopause and menopause, from hormones and testing to nutrition, supplements, and complex cases.

I’m designing a small-group, advanced training for healthcare professionals who care for midlife women and want to combine the best of conventional and integrative medicine, so you can help patients move through this stage feeling genuinely more vibrant, not just less symptomatic.

We’ll go beyond the guidelines into practical frameworks for real-world cases: hormones, functional and conventional testing, HPA axis and stress physiology, nutrition, movement, and dietary supplements.

The training is organized around the assessment-and-treatment framework at the heart of my forthcoming book, Meno-Laws: The New Rules of Midlife, translated into a process clinicians can adopt for their own practice.

For too long, the “rules” for midlife women were to wait it out, tough it out, or hear “your labs are normal, you’re fine.” Women deserve a better playbook, and so do their clinicians.

Who it's for

Built for the whole care team.

This isn’t the usual menopause CME that stops at “estradiol patch and oral progesterone.” It’s an integrative, whole-person playbook for everyone caring for midlife women — physicians, advanced-practice clinicians, pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, health coaches, and integrative practitioners alike.
