About the training

A better playbook for midlife care

Join the interest list for an in-depth training on evidence-based, integrative approaches to perimenopause and menopause — from hormones and testing to nutrition, supplements, and complex cases.

I’m designing a small-group, advanced training for healthcare professionals who care for midlife women and want to combine the best of conventional and integrative medicine — so you can help patients move through this stage feeling genuinely more vibrant, not just less symptomatic.

We’ll go beyond the guidelines into practical frameworks for real-world cases: hormones, functional and conventional testing, HPA axis and stress physiology, nutrition, movement, and dietary supplements.

The training is organized around my Meno-Laws framework — the same approach at the heart of my forthcoming book, Meno-Laws: The New Rules of Midlife — translated here into a clinical playbook for a life stage that has been under-taught for far too long.

Built for the whole team

One training, built for your whole team.

This isn’t the usual menopause CME that stops at “estradiol patch and oral progesterone.” It’s an integrative, whole-person playbook — designed so physicians, NPs, PAs, and pharmacists can train together, with CME/CE accreditation in development for each profession.

Good to know

Frequently asked

Is this for prescribers only, or my whole team?

It’s built for the whole care team — physicians, NPs, PAs, and pharmacists, along with other licensed clinicians and allied professionals who care for women in midlife.

Is it live or on-demand?

Both. The core is six weekly live sessions, each recorded so you can catch replays on your own schedule, and the material moves to on-demand after the live cohort.

Will it offer CME/CE credit?

Accreditation is in development. Joining the interest list is the best way to be the first to know the credit details as they’re confirmed.

When does it start, and what does it cost?

Dates and tuition are still being finalized. There’s no commitment in joining the list — you’ll simply be first to hear when the founding cohort opens.

What will I be able to do after?

You’ll leave with practical, evidence-informed frameworks for real-world cases: hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, thoughtful testing, nutrition and lifestyle, supplements and botanicals, and a clearer approach to complex midlife patients.

A better playbook is coming.

Join the clinicians helping shape an integrative approach to midlife care.
