Hi there,
I wanted to personally reach out and let you know why I've created this introduction to plant-based protein. I’ve heard from both my patients and my medical students that they know they should eat more plants, but worry they won’t get enough protein and will feel more tired and lose muscle.

I'm passionate about this topic because I have seen firsthand the positive impact that eating a plant-forward diet (whether full on vegan or just starting with Meatless Mondays) can have on an individual's health.
